What Services does Rabbit Hole Print Shop offer?
We print custom apparel.
T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, hats, sweatshirts, tank tops, koozies, aprons, crop tops and more, with your logo/artwork printed on them.
Who hires Rabbit Hole Print Shop?
The majority of our customers are small business owners, in Wilmington NC, looking to buy between 1 and 50 units of custom printed apparel.
The majority of our orders are returning customers.
We are also happy to print for individuals, non profits, churches, or events, needing as little as a handful of apparel items, or as many as multiple thousands!
What is the minimum order size?
There are no minimums with Rabbit Hole Print Shop. Orders as small as 1 unit, or as large as 4,000 units are accepted. There are price breaks as your order increases in size.
What are your fees?
There are no fees at Rabbit Hole Print Shop.
No set up fee. No fee for colorful designs. No delivery fee. No convenience fee. No rush fee.
The price we quote is the price we mean.
*There is an upcharge for shirt/apparel sizes 3XL and larger, as these sizes have a higher material cost.
How long will it take to get my order?
We fulfill orders as quickly as we can. On average, an order is delivered 2-3 weeks after being placed.

Do you offer design services?
No, however we can help guide you in generating your artwork for printing, in the correct file types. And we can refer you to local graphic designers if you do not already have your art/logo for printing.
What kind of file should my artwork for printing be?
Please send us your artwork in one of the following file types: .PNG with transparent background, .SVG, or .ai.
You can also share a Canva document with us if your artwork was created there.
How will I get my order?
For customers in or near Wilmington, NC, custom apparel orders will be hand delivered for free.
For customers who are not in Wilmington, NC, custom apparel orders will be shipped, and shipping fees will be paid by the customer.

We treat each customer, and each job with respect. We stand behind our products and services, hand delivering each local custom apparel order. We know what we're doing, with over 15,000 units printed. We strive to establish long term relationships, the majority of our customers are returning customers, and the majority of our new customers are from word of mouth referrals.
Will you print on a shirt if I provide it?
No, Rabbit Hole Print Shop cannot print on your provided apparel. When you place an order, we provide the apparel + the print.
What is the order process?
1. You fill out our inquiry form here.
2. We will send you a customized catalog with relevant apparel options, info, and pricing.
3. You select your apparel items, colors, sizes, etc, and send us over your artwork for printing.
4. We send you an Order Confirmation Form, going over the details of your order.
5. You sign the Order Confirmation Form.
6. We send you an invoice to pay the 50% deposit.
7. You pay the deposit.
8. Order production begins.
9. Once order is printed and ready for delivery, we notify you, deliver your order, and you complete the payment.
10. You have your new favorite shirt.
Things to Note:
There are price breaks, as your order increases in size; however, there are no minimums, and you can order as little as 1 unit if you’d like.
Local (Wilmington, NC) delivery is free. For non-local orders that must be shipped, shipping will be paid by customer.
7% sales tax on every order (North Carolina Sales Tax rate), unless customer provides resale certificate.
50% deposit required up front for all orders. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Cash, check or card can be used for payment.
Once Order Confirmation Form is approved, and deposit is paid, no further changes can be made to the order, nor refunds issued.
